Very efficient in terms of time. Perhaps on some occasions 15 minutes may not be sufficient to get to the bottom of the problem. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Practice is very clean and pleasant.

Ability to book quick access appt. On the phone instead of in person. Phone lines first thing in the morning get too clogged up.

Dr Patel has been a good consistent help to my needs. The practice feels clean- friendly staff. Time for an appointment could be improved. Some of the quick access Dr's haven't always given the best care don't seem well informed on their knowledge.
