friendly and caring staff. I am able to see the same GP for booked apts. There is a daily quick access apt system. V. difficult to see my own GP in a hurry. Hes v. booked up but worth the wait. Staff do there very best.

We (family and I) have been using this surgery for more than 20 years. More than once they have literally been lifesaving. But perhaps the most impressive thing has been consistency of care, to a very high standard. Like: the way I can, if I judge it necessary, get a same-day appointment with one of the on-duty doctors. Like less: the fact that this cover (as with most surgeries) does not stretch to late nights or weekends. Of course doctors need time off and I realise the pressures can be very severe. But would be great (and take pressure off A&E) if it could somehow happen. Main rating - excellent. And thanks to you all.
