Everyone caring and helpful but very difficult to get an appointment with doctors of choice. Bookings usually full for 3 weeks, won't for next batch to be put on the system and then full again! Tried for 2 months to see Dr Horton this way and eventually gave up and saw other, also difficult but available eventually. Internet system not easy-gave up trying and telephone instead.

Very nice manner of doctors. What could be improved: -Being more involved in solutions. -Suggestion of doctor: Try these exercises, then contact us upon if they don't work would be better if plan B solution was offered straight away with plan A.

It is unlikely you will ever find a better surgery. The doctors are very competent and friendly, the building is very pleasant and modern. The only problem I have experienced lately is the young receptionist who did not seem up to the standard of Park end surgery, confused about test results, not understanding basic questions. Also, I tried twice to call for an appointment in the last six month and nobody answered the phone. I had to walk to the surgery to make the appointment...
