I always find doctors and staff to be helpful and accessible. The surgery is very well run in all aspects. I can't say enough good things about this surgery. Exceptional staff and exceptional care! I particularly like the quick access service for urgent appointments. It is very efficient!

It is unlikely you will ever find a better surgery. The doctors are very competent and friendly, the building is very pleasant and modern. The only problem I have experienced lately is the young receptionist who did not seem up to the standard of Park end surgery, confused about test results, not understanding basic questions. Also, I tried twice to call for an appointment in the last six month and nobody answered the phone. I had to walk to the surgery to make the appointment...
