I love this surgery. Have been a patient for over two years now and have such great treatment. All of the doctors I've seen have been really helpful, friendly and sympathetic.

I have looked to have a smear test done and two times it has been cancelled by the surgery. The reason for this is McLean but apparently the nurses was on annual leave so it appears that somebody has been booking appointments w/out checking properly. This has delayed my test twice and caused descriptions for me at work. Perhaps you should investigate and ensure errors like this are minimized. Thank you.
