Was able to get an appointment with a doctor today 18/6/15 when I walked in. Was booked for bloods which I had within 15 minutes. This is really amazing as I was not feeling well. I think this was great as I wasn't given the run around. Thanks.

I attended the surgery today for a cervical smear and was seen by Helena O`Donnell. I would like to commend her for her extreme kindness, consideration and pure professionalism. She made me feel very at home and in safe hands which due to previous bad experiences with smear checks was very appreciated. Many many thanks.

It's very nice of doctors that they give enough time to listen to patients queries and try to help them in every possible way. Reception staff is friendly too. It's very hard to get an appointment easily. And I had to take a day off because I just wanted to know the test results and wait for doctor to call me back.
