Reception is friendly and approachable. Waiting to be seen doesn't usually take long. Doctors I've seen have been helpful and listen well to your problems. Getting a same day appointment is hard as not able to get through or most are booked up with 20 minutes of surgery opening and general appointments are not available for 2 weeks, not sure how this can be improved.

- Unable to get an appointment, when I finally got through on the phone at 8.40 am. - Never get an appointment with my preferred GP's. - Always problems with repeat prescriptions. Nobody contacts you regarding the problems.
