I swapped surgery several years ago for myself and children due to lack of care at our last surgery, and we have never looked back, the care and dedication oakleaf surgery staff and doctors provide is second to none, whenever I contact the surgery and speak to the receptionists regarding myself or my daughter who is disabled and 2 sons they are only to happy to help, they listen to your needs and make sure they provide the right information and make sure your seen in an emergency or make sure one of the doctors contact you, I feel that our receptionists work well under pressure and they take a lot of the flack when some patients are frustrated for various reasons, I feel a good surgery starts at the front desk and if that works well then the whole surgery runs smoothly, I recommend oakleaf 100 percent and I tell every one I no if they want great care to switch to oakleaf as the care is of a very high standard
