Having been an Oakleaf patient since its inception I have nothing but respect for the doctors and the staff who have looked after me, currently. Dr Chakraparty. Thank you. The new procedure of me ringing oakleaf and getting through to some stranger at Larwood doesn't fill me with enthusiasm.
