I had a panic attack and the receptionist (Tues morning, Nutwood) was extremely kind and caring. It sometimes takes a long time to speak to someone on the telephone after ages of 'music' and recorded voice.

The quality of the medical care is very high and I feel very comfortable seeing more than one of the doctors at the surgery. I have experienced excellent care from the nursing staff and a warm & friendly reception from the staff on the front desk. I appreciate the text reminders and believe the surgery is doing all it can to offer a quality service.
