All staff, nurses and doctors are approachable, pleasant and listen attentively to the patient. You are involved totally in your own health care. Appointments are usually on time and you rarely have to wait.

Receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Everyone is very clean and warm. I felt that there could have been more TLO about the ECG but this could have been due to lack of familiarity with the equipment.
