I was able to make an appointment first thing in the morning to be dealt with, this was very necessary.

Overall care is good, but it is frustrating when attempting to 'stick' to one doctor, particularly when that doc tor is familiar with your care, but he is only available 2 days per week (Fri/Mon) and it can be over a week before one can get an appointment with him.
