Relaxed meeting with doctor, problems discussed and exercises recommended.
The doctors hard didn't immediately go to trying out a prescription which I liked.
Can't think of any improvement as I was very happy about my visit.

The GP listened to my description of my issue - we had a detailed discussion and I was confident the GP made a knowledgeable decision as what I should do to address the issue.
