The fact that my ailment was cared. A very caring and understanding doctor. I do think that the balance of male/female doctors is wrong. To only have one male doctor is concerning, especially as a male. I wanted to see a male doctor due to my complaint.

Friendly greeting at reception when I arrived. Being heard, understood and my anxieties acknowledged. Nothing not good! Always incredibly helpful.

Improvement could be made to inform a patient if their prescription is stopped due to a review being needed. I found out mine had been stopped when I ordered it online and 3 days later went to pick it up at the chemist. I then had to go into the practice to get a prescription for my pills which I have to have, as would have been known if my record had been checked.
