I have had very good care and attention. It's far as improvement go I don't see much more the practice can do.

Excellent care from the GP's special mention for the receptionist - really caring. Only complaint - waiting times could appointments be better scheduled.

In the overall context of the NHS it seems to me that A&E problems re numbers are exacerbated by the fact that none of the doctors in this practice are available for patient appointments for more than 2 days per week. As at 14:30 today (13/01/2017) there are less than 10 doctors appointment slots available for the whole of next week and far less than half of maximum availabily for the following week. This causes problems when attempting to maintain continuity in treatment.
