I have had many appointments because of my age with mainly minor problems and I have always been highly satisfied. It is a pleasure to commend you all for your hard work and cheerfulness. I have no suggestions.

Can be difficult to park. I did have to wait a long time (10 mins plus) on hold for an appointment on the telephone. Can something be done about that as I would rather hear an engaged tone and radical than be put on hold and charged by the telephone company or maybe have a free phone number.

My care has been exceptional, since being diagnosed with Cteph I have had so much support from Deena and Diane (INR) clinic Dr Halima has also gone out of her way to treat me. Receptionists and Anna have been great as well. It has given me confidence and peace of mind knowing that my condition is understood.
