Doctor really listened to my problems, was very helpful.
Cannot think of how things can be improved, very satisfied, with both surgeries, fortunate to have them.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the care I receive. The receptionists are polite, helpful and respectful of my needs.
The two doctors I have seen are both professional and prepared to take time to listen to me and explain fully any treatment they are offering me. I can seen nowhere that needs improvement.

We always have very good care with every doctor we have seen.
Dr Parnell is our usual doctor- we rate her highly.
In her absence we have found Dr Dale, a very caring and compassionate GP.
Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
