Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries

We (my wife and I) had booked a holiday in Turkey and realised, a bit too late, that we needed Hepatitis vaccinations. We contacted the surgery, received the forms to fill in and got an appointment with the practice nurse within short order. She was charming, informative and very helpful and provided exactly what we needed in terms of health "cover". It was a relaxed appointment in which she helpfully expanded on what we might avoid on holiday to protect ourselves from unwanted ailments. it was unfortunate that she had no name badge identifying her and, indeed, your website stops at identifying any one else save for the doctors. Have injections is never a great joy but on this occasion it was a pleasure.

We always have very good care with every doctor we have seen. Dr Parnell is our usual doctor- we rate her highly. In her absence we have found Dr Dale, a very caring and compassionate GP.
