I have never known such a caring group of people as at the Nortiam surgery! From the top to the bottom they are concerned only for 'ones' welfare and well being. It would be difficult, in my judgement to find ways in which it could be noticeably improved since they already have such a high standard throughout!

Can't fault the care and attention from reception to seeing the Dr. Everyone polite and helpful and prompt. The Dr listens and discusses everything - never timed or rushed. Cannot fault the practice in any way! Had to move house but made sure and stayed in Northiam No 1 Teason.

I rang in the morning and was given a 2:30 pm appointment I think that is pretty amazing! The practice is excellent and I cannot think of anything that needs improving.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the care we receive at this GP practice. At our age, we have wide experience of GP surgeons and we have no hesitation in saying that this practice is one of, if not the best that we have used in the past. We are totally satisfied with the care that we have received.

No problems with the care received.
Pharmacy at times can be problematic but not to bad.
