I rang in the morning and was given a 2:30 pm appointment I think that is pretty amazing! The practice is excellent and I cannot think of anything that needs improving.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the care we receive at this GP practice. At our age, we have wide experience of GP surgeons and we have no hesitation in saying that this practice is one of, if not the best that we have used in the past. We are totally satisfied with the care that we have received.

No problems with the care received. Pharmacy at times can be problematic but not to bad.

I have confidence in my doctor, as I feel she really cares for my health. An example of this was whether it was wise for me to be tested for diabetes, in my old age. On mentioning this to her, she said she had already done so. When I had my last blood test. Very reassuring!

Can't think of anything that could be improved. I see Dr Sames who is always kind, caring, listens well, knows my family and myself and never prescribes medication it it is not absolutely necessary.
