Very impressed by the service I received today for an ear infection, appointments and treatment were arranged very quickly for me before my imminent travel. I am very grateful for such a great service, I'm not sure it would have been the same at my previous doctor's surgery.

I have never known such a caring group of people as at the Nortiam surgery! From the top to the bottom they are concerned only for 'ones' welfare and well being. It would be difficult, in my judgement to find ways in which it could be noticeably improved since they already have such a high standard throughout!

Can't fault the care and attention from reception to seeing the Dr. Everyone polite and helpful and prompt. The Dr listens and discusses everything - never timed or rushed. Cannot fault the practice in any way! Had to move house but made sure and stayed in Northiam No 1 Teason. This surgery!
