Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries

Firstly I can always get an appointment on the day! The GP always faces me and talks to me. Not the computer screen. Explains health concerns/conditions. Has already read any notes/letters from hospital/consultants prior to me attending the surgery! The staff at the surgery are always very friendly and helpful! All in all an excellent GP practice.

- Reception are friendly and helpful. - Appointment was available the same day which was brilliant. - Made to feel welcome as a visitor. - Doctor took time to explain the health problem. Did not feel rushed. - Fantastic to have a pharmacy at the surgery - what a wonderful facility.

When I last visited I was able to make an appointment with my registered GP. And on the same day I believe Dr Jones to be a very good doctor. He listens carefully, asks perceptive questions and has an empathetic manner. I'm not sure how it can be improved, but sometimes it is difficult to get the attention of the pharmacist. (I am aware there is a bell).

Comm was very efficient and read my history before I saw him. We then could have a good discussion about my health. It is very frustrating when this does not happen which is my experience. I felt the locum was joining on the dots.
