Care brilliant. Nurse explained what the problem was. Called GP in to confirm. Was given appointment for later today at internal clinic. 100% good service. Thank you.

The practice is staffed by very competent (as far as I can judge) and efficient. The medical practitioners are approachable, willing to answer questions and don't give the impression of being rushed. Appointments are easy and quick to be organized with minimal waiting time/dates. This is especially valuable and apparently not so in other practices.
Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
