Wonderful practice, fantastic caring Doctors, nurses and receptionists, secretaries and pharmacy staff in fact a superb team all round. Love the fact there is online booking for appointments and re- ordering repeat prescriptions. We are truly blessed to have such a great local medical practice.

Friendly, welcoming front of house staff, as well as kind, understanding and knowledgeable doctors willing to spend time investigating and explaining. All very professional, and never before found at any other surgery, brilliant work, thank you.

The practice is staffed by very competent (as far as I can judge) and efficient. The medical practitioners are approachable, willing to answer questions and don't give the impression of being rushed. Appointments are easy and quick to be organized with minimal waiting time/dates. This is especially valuable and apparently not so in other practices.
Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
