Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries

My doctor is friendly and greets me with a smile. She is up to date with my medical history and demonstrates initiative so as to provide me with the best possible care. She is always willing to discuss any problems and worries that I have and shows that she treats me and understands me as a person. Above all, it is so important to have continuity and be able to see the service GP every time (excepting vacation etc. )

Excellent doctors. Excellent staff on reception, always helpful. Very nice atmosphere on entering reception. Nurses are really kind, helpful and understanding. Saw Kerrie today for inoculations and blood test, even though my appointment was made for tomorrow. Practice name, hinder cox arranged, nothing was too much trouble when I told her I had day off work today rather than tomorrow. Served in 5 mins for me and only waited 10 mins because she was available. Usually see Sally Pamel(Doctor) saw her last week and she was always patient, kind understanding and helpful. Nothing is too much difficult for her.

I couldn't fault anything, as always excellent. When I hear from other people that they can't get an appointment for 3 weeks with their surgery, I realise how lucky we are in Northian withona surgery and doctors.

-Friendly, helpful, professional care by all concerned. -No sense of being rushed. -Difficult to suggest specific areas for improvement, other than a further extension of 'out of hours' care. (The Saturday morning surgery facility is greatly appreciated).
