This GP Practice is a friendly efficient and positive place that gives support and care which is so important when feeling unwell. The appointment system works well. All the staff in all areas know their work and do it confidently with care for us the patient.

Always seen on time. Staff helpful and efficient. Always manage to get an appointment the day you telephone. Useful Saturday morning surgery for emergencies. Nothing could be improved. An excellent surgery with outstanding doctors.

Very easy to book an appointment with my lovely GP, I was seen on time and also collected my prescription from the Pharmacy there within 5 minutes of seeing the doctor. Excellent service.

i was at work and fell hurting my elbow, we called into the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who quickly found a doctor who looked at my wound and immediately informed me i needed stitches however he turned a rather traumatic incident into an easily dealt with situation, installing confidence totally with the staff at the surgery.
Northiam and Broad Oak Surgeries was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
