I had an appointment the same day as requested. The receptionist was very helpful and caring. I was not rushed with the Dr who listened to what I had to say and gave me the care and attention I needed. Giving me confidence in his diagnosis. Excellent care!!

I registered with the Broad Oak practice and was offered an appointment within 2 hours. Dr Albardiaz is the first GP I have seen for 19 years and his manner and courtesy are superb.... not at all what I expected from reading media stories about NHS meltdown. Having consulted several private specialists and received bills totally several thousand pounds, it appeared I would require a number specialist injections at regular intervals. Shocked at the cost I fully expected Dr Albardiaz to be judgemental (as I had strayed from the NHS path!) but, instead was met with charm, listening skills and unhurried competence. My recent visit to a hairdresser in Rye amused me when she asked where I lived and then told me there was a ‘ marvellous’ GP practice in Northiam and wished fervently she could use this. I was able to confirm that there were actually two marvellous practices as the Brede Satellite was indeed as wonderful. Thank you all so much. Jane Sexton
