The strong linkage between reception, practice nurse and GP was of great value to me today and by far exceeded the attention and results I received at A&E the previous day. I was in great pain when visiting this GP practice but immediately following I knew combined help (the practice nurse gave up how lunch time, a part of it) I was, and have remained, most comfortable and free from pain. And the modesty shown when I expressed my gratitude to those concerned only served to impress me more about there concern and professionalism as a fine team of people.

I am terrified of having blood test and have put off having them for over 2 years.
A new young lady has joined the surgery called Lisa. I felt quite ill and decided I must go for the recommended blood test. I told Lisa my fears and she was very reassuring and so good at taking blood from the ( back of my hand). Well done Lisa and thank you.
