The staff and doctors at the surgery are always kind and friendly, they go the extra mile to help. I was able to get an appointment on the same day with my own doctor, this is not unusual , if not it will be with another member of the team or it will be with in a day or so. I understand that this is not generally the case at other surgeries, I'm curious to know Northiam surgery's secret, It would benefit other surgeries to know. We are lucky that the surgery is purpose built, so that within the building , which is on one level , there is a large entrance lobby with an accessible toilet, a spacious waiting area, reception, pharmacy , then doctors and nurses rooms. All this and easy parking outside makes a comfortable and hassle free visit. But at the end of the day the most important thing to me as a patient is that I feel cared for as a person and that I am helped to get well. Well done Northiam Surgery, we really appreciate every thing you do.

Always manage to get an appointment with the doctor. Unfortunately it's a Shame its not the same with seeing a nurse

More appointments to see a nurse. Having to wait 3 weeks to see a nurse

Having recently joined at Northiam I am pleased that it is run as a normal Dr Surgery and the patient’s are treated with care in all areas .
