I received an appointment the same day of requesting. The nurse was reassuring, kind and knowledgeable. She changed my dressing carefully and gave assurance all was well with my wound. I left feeling well cared for.

I booked an appointment with a couple of days, registration system failed ti find me in arrival but receptionist found my appointment details.
Dr Magee was professional polite and friendly. I was at ease and able to discuss ny health issue easily with her. Follow up blood test etc booking quickly arranged.

Not your problem but NHS-wide - IT system and records do not seem to be consistent between surgery areas
