I came for a routine smear test; the receptionist helpfully made the appointment; I came in person to the surgery as I was passing by. The appointment was quick and efficient and the practice nurse very informative.

My visit was a useful, competent and pleasant experience at time when I knew the doctor was very busy before going on his vacation.

I have never had a problem with any dealings with the Northiam Surgery. Everything is perfect. I always get the help I need, in fact I have to say they have exceeded my expectations. I owe my Doctor a very big thank you.
