I got an appointment the same day that I phoned and it was punctual. I was just checking something out but Dr Waters explained in detail why there was no issue, giving the medical vocabulary and what to look for next time. As I was leaving she looked back at my records and checked my last encounter and the consequences (which I had forgotten), asked for any further symptoms and suggested a blood test 'to make sure we haven't missed anything'. I felt totally valued and cared for.
