We are referring to our Flu jab experience of yesterday. It was an excellent start with a friendly lady at the main door taking our names and dob details . Straight through to see the Nurse , Gay , who administered the Jab professionally . No queueing, walked in and out in under 5 minutes on 021121 . Excellent service, which we have come to expect from this surgery , as they set their own high standards . Obtaining appointment to see the doctor is excellent, especially when compared to many other surgeries stories you hear of , ie two weeks to see the doctor and not always a face to face meeting.

Nothing important comes to mind .
