I'm replying to this, even though I didn't come to the surgery for a GP appointment on 10 October as you suggested in your text, but on 6 October (and again in 7 October for a Flu vaccination, which was extremely well organised, as I said to someone as I was leaving). We've been in Broad Oak almost exactly a year, and I am finding that Dr James is a sympathetic ear, and acts decisively about anything which I report to her. Most hospital appointments are offered for dates in the immediate future, but if not, it is certainly not her fault. I am very conscious of the difficulties which GPs must be working under at the present time. I make my appointments on line, which I prefer to do, and I find it easy to do so. That is why I have marked the last question with five stars, although the question is not relative to my experience.
