i was at work and fell hurting my elbow, we called into the surgery and spoke to the receptionist who quickly found a doctor who looked at my wound and immediately informed me i needed stitches however he turned a rather traumatic incident into an easily dealt with situation, installing confidence totally with the staff at the surgery.
