I am terrified of having blood test and have put off having them for over 2 years. A new young lady has joined the surgery called Lisa. I felt quite ill and decided I must go for the recommended blood test. I told Lisa my fears and she was very reassuring and so good at taking blood from the ( back of my hand). Well done Lisa and thank you.
