1. In emergency, phoned reception for earliest appointment at 8:40 am. Advised to attend GP at 12:00 same day. 2. GP gave full examination but required blood test before confirming diagnosis. 3. Blood test provided by practice nurse at 12:30. 4. GP confirmed diagnosis at 12:45 and dispensary provided medicine 12:55. I think this starts for itself!
