I have a monthly injection which is booked at the previous appointment, otherwise I have experienced frustration on line or by phone. However, I have usually received excellent personal attention at the reception desk.

Haven’t tried for a while but last time I did, but last time I did waited for call back nothing till after told to collect meds.. then only tx message. Would just rather face to face. Sending pics in isnt always appropriate

Medication prescribed without any conversation or consultation
This medication had already been purchased at a pharmacy, at half the price, and had had no effect.
I therefore paid for something that is of no use to be and can not be returned.
