I gave up with telephone booking and went to the receptionist where I was able to get appt booked.

I really do feel that the telephone option for appointments let's you down and causes SO much frustration.

I know how busy lines into the practice but I feel if a patient has say been in hospital,calls from their number could be prioritised to ensure they are answered quickly

I think the North Brink Practice is by far the best in my town. My wife has moved to this Practice from one of the other ones in town because she was so dissatisfied with the care she received, and she connot speak highly enough of The North Brink Practice.
