I made contact through the online triage form. Put the form in for my daughter at just gone 8am and had a text message back saying a prescription had been sent to the pharmacy by 9am! Great service

I book on line where possible to free up time at the surgery

I dislike the rationing of medication based on date of last prescription, I order once a month and part of my decision is when I can collect, occasionally I forget to send in and am late ordering, this then carries forward so I can be out before you decide to release.

The on line triage system is quite lengthy and frequently appointments are only available for a short time each morning, for example when I have tried at 9am all appointments were gone.

I would like the practitioner to face me and engage when I am speaking about symptoms rather than typing what I say on the keyboard without looking at me at all.
