I got through straight away the receptionist was very polite, helpful and informative. I was told a doctor would text me before the end of the day. In fact she text me before lunch.

The pharmacist was very thorough, explained everything in depth. Seemed very caring which you don't get alot and he helped me to make decisions easily with his explanation. Very satisfied.

Getting appointments with a doctor not a nurse when you have ongoing problems. Would be better seeing the same doctor every time as I have never met my own doctor which I think is outrageous.

Triage system is really great. No queuing for an appointment. Every surgery should adopt the same approach. Really great care. I feel valued and supported with all my medical issues. Staff are all amazing.

Would prefer triage online form to be available at any time of day. As I’m in meetings often between 8-10am, I often miss out. Appreciate that there may be no one available to review my issues after a certain time but that could be noted before the user completes the form
