Rang to see someone, told I would get a triage call before the close of day. 6hrs after my initial call I get a text saying pharmacy would call me. Pharmacy called 2hrs later for me to be told I would need to see someone and I would be added to the list for an appointment. 24hrs layer still nothing from the practice.

Actually called to triage and given me an appointment I have been 3 days in agony and off work unpaid.

Because my experience of this surgery over the last almost 3 years has been abysmal. The triage online thingy is useless as when your not feeling well you dont want to be filling in stupid questions & half the questions are repeated

Your receptionists are on the whole helpful it is just your overall performance that is terrible

Filled on a triage form at 8.00 am and received a call from surgery at 10.05 am and an appointment at 11.36 am

Easy to get an appointment with a nurse but not had an appointment with a GP.

I found my experience to be very positive . I was able to get an appointment quickly and was seen promptly. I don’t think I could offer anything to improve it as there is nothing wrong with the current system.
