I understand appointments are hard to come by. Also, you have an online service, but it doesn't help somebody who struggles to read and write.

Couldnt get through to the surgery had to phone 111 to get an appointment started phoneing the surgery at 07 50 dialed 17 times only to be told the que was full and the libe was closed its getting rediculous can never get to see a doctor anymore when we fill forms in now and they ask for name of gp we just put any nurse practioner thats on duty.

I dont know the answer u think you have to many patience for the size of the surgery something needs to be done more lines need to be open in the morning

Not always the easiest to get an appointment, some days appointments have gone by the time you get through on the phone but online triage forms works well enough. Appointments are with nurses but I have always found them to be caring and helpful. Receptionists are generally good - there is one on the phone in particular who isn’t always the most helpful, but no other bad experiences when calling in. I have been in a few times recently and spoken to both the usual receptionist and the new girl - didn’t get a name but a young blonde girl - who are both always cheerful, happy to help and understanding. It is very much appreciated to always be greeted with a smile and never made to feel like an inconvenience. In general, everyone seems to be working hard to improve the surgery and I have no real complaints.
