North brink phoned me to book a telephone consultation for mediation a date and time was made. Telephone call did not happen. I called the practice and was told there is a note saying I was out of the country which they all ready knew when the appointment was made. No response from north brink

Just make the telephone call when you arranged it then don’t blame me for being out of the country when you knew!

The surgery messaged me to make an appointment. The first urgent appointment I could make was a week later.

I don't mind speaking to locums, but as my doctor had asked me to make an appointment I thought I might finally get to meet her.

I was seen quickly and decided that I would be better off to attend the hospital to check for blood clots

Could have done nothing better. My situation was dealt with efficiently and urgently

My appointment wasn’t urgent so I was really pleased I only had to wait just over a week. I was called into my appointment at the allocates time. The practitioner was very clear in her instructions and took account of my hearing problems.

Didn’t get an appointment at all. Just told to do my own blood form and sample. No communication with a doctor at all. Resulting in an ambulance coming to my house this morning after calling yesterday and not getting to speak to a doctor.

Actually speak to me regarding what I’m feeling talk about medication I’m on see if it can change or up them. Actually communicate with a doctor.
