I'm the daughter of the patient and I requested a home visit at 8.10am at the surgery. I was called back by phone within 5 minutes. The nurse practitioner then called on my mother within 2 hours. She was extremely friendly, explained everything carefully and put my mother at ease. She was very caring and sympathetic to my mother's needs. Thank-you.
