I was told I had an appointment at 20.40 (11/12/15) the machine would not let me say I had arrived and reception was un-manned. This is the second time this has happened time this has happened to me! Very poor.

Staff are always very professional but sometimes can be a bit short. The availability of appointments with my GP are very few and far between.

My appointment time was kept on schedule. The nurse was friendly and explained everything. Easy to talk to.
