If you get to see a doctor it's very good. Can't book an appt online for a month - have to call after 08.00 for clinic on the day too busy!!! Always have to wait a while even if you have an appt feel like a number now not a person.

Dr Smerson very attentive. Smiling helpful receptionist. When I rang this morning I told the person who answered that I needed a dressing changed dad no appointment was booked so I now have to return at 17:15.

I found the service was really good, everything was explained and I understood all of the visit. The nurse was very kind and helpful.

I don't like seeing a nurse - led clinic but can appreciate that this can save time - however, I think it is a dangerous practise - also don't like the fact that the G.P doesn't even sit down - I feel like its a conveyer belt - and there's still the notice outside saying new patients welcome!!
