The best service. Very supportive and helpful.
I just wish that nurses and health Care professional have more time with the patients when it comes to face to face. Otherwise I'm happy with the overall service. I have also notice that we can only discuss one illness one triage.
Also need to have reviews on all of my medicines from time to time. Some medicines that don't suit me is not recorded in my records.
It is not always possible to call the surgery, or to use the online service between the hours of 8 - 8.30. The ability to, at the least, request an appointment could be open and available during the surgery opening hours and this could include the ability to request an appointment at the reception desk. Please remember that deaf patients often can’t use a phone service and many patients can’t use the on line service.
Took time to get appointment with a nurse or Dr that understood my particular medical issues but once actually seeing Julie Garner she was very helpful, listening to my issues and agreeing to try and support in doing something to help.She was quick to get back to me on issues she had to look into. Although I didn't see Dr Culshaw she suported Julie in decisions and getting back to me. Much better interaction.
Very good care of my son post-op. Always polite and caring.
