Extremely difficult to contact this surgery unless you are registered for internet access. I personally do not use a computer and have to rely on others for anything 'online' - not good when my health is the subject. Have tried to day to order a repeat prescription but am completely unable to do so as I have no 'username or password' (& cannot contact the surgery to get one) and no 'green slip' so cannot even order it in the little box or by post! They used to have a telephone service for repeat prescriptions but this was apparently discontinued at the start of this month. How am I supposed to obtain the medication I need now that the telephone service has been discontinued? And why, oh why, do they assume that everyone is computer literate and can do everything 'online'

Very Difficult to get an appointment with a doctor, a nurse service I understand can be helpful at times but I know when its needed to see a doctor. The Ratio of patients to doctors is far too high which adds strains to they system. No option for weekend appointments, people are ill 24 hrs a day seven days a week not just in working hours. The practice is compact but to continually add rooms that are not welcoming and small just to get more people in suggests a need for change or an additional practice. Always feel rushed and given the cheapest meds, not the most effective without proper investigations.

I accept I can't get to see a GP now, which I feel is totally unacceptable, but not to be able to get a Nurse Prescriber appt for 3 weeks, is really a joke! I feel the Surgery is run for the convenience of the GPs and staff, and not for its patients.
