I think the North Brink surgery is a fantastic surgery. You can make appointments on line or by phone. You can check yourself in using the screens and they are open late on certain days. All the nurses and doctors I have seen are very friendly. The appointments are quite short but this is only due to the volume of patients. the surgery also has its own dispensary and pharmacy. Excellent service.

why can I never get an appointment with my doctor and why when you ask for a home visit do I get nurse practitioners to many foreigners on the books and to many nurse practitioners the doctors have not got time for there patients . if the foreigners have not paid into our n I for more than 12 months they should be made to pay to c the doctor like we have to in there country there wouldn't be so many ques then . I think I will be changing doctors 3 weeks to see your doctor then it has to be with a nurse practitioner I don't think so

Enabling a patient to make appointments with a GP who has seen the patient regularly would make a considerable difference to both patient satisfaction and to appointment time. More appointments with GP's rather than nurse led appointments would be an improvement. When GP surgeries are struggling with the sheer amount of patients, that GP surgery should stop taking on new patients!!

Been trying to make an appointment for a whole week! The phone just rings for several minutes with no answer.. not good enough! and then on the once rare occation someone does answer, Surprse surprise there's no appointments left! Disgusting sevice! Let people pre book.
